Frequently Asked Questions

How do you connect?

Its very easy. Log onto a PC, browse to a web-site, put in your secure user-name and password, and you're in. You can use an Apple computer if you like. All you need is an internet connection - and if you don't have one, we can supply one - fixed or wireless

What does OfficeAnyplace Provide?

Everything that's needed in a typical office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, E-mail, diaries, address books, Web browsing, plus fax and databases if you want. Also, shared file space, backup, and antivirus.

Do I need to buy expensive hardware or a new server?

No. OfficeAnyplace will probably run on your old PCs and you can do away with the server and all the pain it causes completely. If you need it, as part of the package we can provide hardware for you.

Is it secure?

Yes. All your information has 128-bit encryption on it - that's what the banks use. Before any e-mail gets onto the system, it has to go through 6 different levels of antivirus. And file back-up happens to a site 20 miles away so in case of a terrorist outrage, your vital company data will still be safe.

Do we have to buy the software?

No. Microsoft Office, the Antivirus, the backup, it’s all included. No more expensive upgrades, ever! (But you do have to pay for Sage, Act, etc.)

What if our Internet Conenction goes down?

We can provide special routers which will enable you to dial up to OfficeAnyplace.
